Amber started VCM, Inc. with Founder Kerri Kingsbery in November of 2008. Due to her 10 years experience in the Financial Sector, Kerri asked Amber to come onboard to oversee the Financial Sector of the Company, serving as CFO. Amber did so, until purchasing the Company in March of 2016. Amber’s passions are giving back to the community and encouraging women to be independent and strive for successful careers and financial freedom. Amber grew up in Seattle, WA, attended Western WA University and has three children: Faith, Jacob and Alexis. She enjoys time with her family, traveling to warm, sandy destinations and reading a good book with a glass of wine.
Mike Kingsbery

Mike Kingsbery is a finance professional with over 16 years experience in Banking and Financial Services. The majority of his career has been at JPMorgan Chase in a variety of roles across Finance, Strategy, Project Management, Risk Management, and Commercial Banking. In his most recent role as a Commercial Banker Mike specialized in partnering with Middle Market companies to help them grow and become more efficient by providing a full range of financial solutions across treasury & cash management, international solutions, credit, capital markets, and corporate finance and advisory.
Michael holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in Finance from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business in Seattle, and is FINRA SIE, 79, and 63 licensed. He lives in Prosper, TX and enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two young sons.
Christi Garcia, CMCA®, AMS®

Having been in the industry since early 2013 and with experience with condominiums, townhomes, single-family, and master planned communities, Christi has a wealth of knowledge in the HOA management field. She is extremely goal oriented and success driven. Some of her passions in Community Management include leading her teams to be successful through one on one, hands on trainings and leading by example, and building healthy client relationships through positive engagement, transparency and guidance. A firm believer in laughter being the best medicine, when not at the office, she enjoys the arts and spending quality time with friends and family.
Lauren Gambell

Hey, Neighbor! As Human Resources Manager, Lauren plays a key role in supporting our people and culture at VCM. With over six years of HR experience and eight years in administrative support, she partners closely with the Executive team to align HR strategies with company goals. Lauren is passionate about fostering a positive workplace environment and is committed to meeting the needs of our executive leadership, department heads, and team members across the board.
In her free time, she enjoys hosting game nights or cookouts for her family and spending time outside with her miniature dachshund, Kylo Ren. Last but not least, GO COWBOYS!!
