With over a decade of experience, Miguel loves coming to work every day at VCM Sight-Line. Mike appreciates being part of a team, or “office family,” that is completely dedicated to clients needs. Sharing our goal of exceeding HOA expectations, he enjoys the genuine spirit of cooperation and support on our team. He is dependable and often the go to guy.

Mike is the father of three daughters and one son. In his spare time, you’ll likely find him fishing, grilling outdoors and spending time with his family. He also likes boating and traveling with his family.

Goal-oriented bi-lingual supervisor dedicated to highest standards of the service industry. Adan is a motivated leader with strong organizational and prioritization skills. Along with a wealth of knowledge in construction, fabrication, and production. He is a die-hard Chelsea FC supporter and spent most of his life in or around a soccer field. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling to a new national park with his wife Catherine and is eagerly awaiting his first born in February.

With over 30 years in the construction, irrigation and landscape industry, I bring a wide array of knowledge to your community projects. Working with the City and your Association Manager, I look to find cost savings to the association while ensuring every project is done the right way. In my spare time, I love coaching my kids’ sports teams and golfing on a nice day!

Experienced in Residential Home Construction with 4 years of experience in the construction industry and over 10 years in the retail management industry. John has an expansive knowledge of team management, vendor management and oversight, customer service and is very detail oriented. John takes a hands-on approach to his every day management.
