Kimberly Badal, CMCA®, AMS®

Vice President of Developing Communities

Prior to joining VCM, Kimberly was a Director of Management for a leading management company in FL where she formed strong relationships with her board members and committee members. She has over 6 years in the property management field. As an experienced manager, Kimberly appreciates the close connection she has with her community boards, committees, and homeowners.

Abbie Shafer

Onsite Association Manager

Abbie is a graduate from the University of Texas in Arlington where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Economics & Finance. She has been in the customer service industry for over 10 years and is passionate about building trusting relationships with homeowners and board members. In her spare time, she enjoys going to concerts and shows, crafting and spending time with her daughter.

Hey, Neighbor! My background is in customer service, and I pride myself on making sure my clients feel understood and heard. As a Community Association Manager for VCM Inc., I strive to provide world class customer service every day and create a positive experience with every interaction. In my free time, I enjoy relaxing by the pool, attending concerts, and spending time with my family.”

Community Association Manager

Monday has worked in the property management industry for 34 years, spending the last 12 years in Homeowners Association Management. Monday looks forward to bringing her knowledge to the VCM Team while servicing the communities as if they were her own.

Sadie Baisden

Assistant Community Association Manager

Sadie began working for VCM on our Client Services Team. During that time, she showed several skills and qualities that would make a great Association Manager. She is personable and makes every homeowner feel heard as well as important. In her spare time she enjoys spending quality time with her two children, family and close friends.

Maxwell Hilliard

Junior Community Association Manager

Maxwell Hilliard is a Community Association Manager who tries his best to make life easy for the homeowners and Board Members that he works with. Maxwell knows that managing a community association comes down to relationships and coming together to achieve a common goal – whether that is with the residents, vendors or city officials. Everyone wants to live in their ideal neighborhood, and Maxwell is excited to help them realize those goals one step at a time.
An alumnus of University of Texas at Arlington, Maxwell has a bachelors of liberal arts in Journalism and is a founding member of the Team Hilliard Foundation – a nonprofit in memory of his father dedicating to raising funds for ALS patients and research. When he’s not working, he is working on his fantasy fiction writing or playing with his dog Vash.

Wade O’Hara

Community Association Manager

Wade has a background in customer service and has been in the property management industry for over six years. He has formed many strong relationships with board and committee members during this time and has made it a focus of his work. Wade understands and appreciates that homes are generally the largest investment an individual will make in their life and he wants to help owners protect that investment.

Sean Tellez

Community Association Manager

Sean has over 15 years’ work experience in HOA Management. He began in a dual role as Building Engineer and Assistant General Manager for a Condominium community before promoting to General Manager. Sean enjoys attending Dallas Stars and Texas Rangers games, watching football, films & documentaries and spending time with his wife, family and fur babies.

Brandon Roberts

Community Association Manager

Brandon has worked in property management since 2016. Prior to property management, he worked in hospitality allowing him to work with an array of different types of people and focus on customer service. He enjoys bringing his love for interacting with people to property management at VCM. Here, he is able to guide communities into keeping their home a good place to live and grow. Brandon believes in communication and organization which will allow him to keep on time of day-to-day tasks. In Brandon’s spare time he enjoys going on walks, watching movies and spending time with his family and friends.

Bri Orr

Community Association Manager

Brianca began in property management in 2018 as a Management Coordinator. Bri has worked through the management industry as an Assistant Manger and most recently as an Onsite General Manager for the last year and a half. Bri comes to VCM with a wealth of industry knowledge, community standards and a key disposition for attention to detail. Bri is well versed in vendor management and project oversight.

Regina Behrens

Community Association Manager

Regina is a graduate of Texas Wesleyan University where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. She began her career in property management in 2008 as an assistant and was promoted soon thereafter to an HOA community association manager. She is excited to join the VCM Team and looks forward to forming lasting relationships with her teammates and connecting with board members, committee members and homeowners. When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with family, reading and quilting.
