Abbie Shafer

I am a graduate from The University of Texas at Arlington where I received two bachelor degrees in Economics and Finance. I have over 10 years’ experience in customer service. I love developing great relationships with homeowners, to exceed their expectations. I truly enjoy going to concerts, shopping, and most of all, spending time with my 6-year-old daughter Madalynn.

Tonya Smith

I have been in HOA management for 6 years and property management for longer than I have been alive, I think. I have lived in Texas my entire life. We have a little under three acres we call our little piece of country right in the middle of the city. I have three kids, two grandkids, four dogs, one cat and an amazing man by my side. God and Family are the priorities of my life. I love my job and I hope I can help make your community be the best it can be.

Casey Herndon

I am a born and raised Texan. I have spent the last 15 years in Multifamily property management where customer service was my top priority. I look forward to serving and working with homeowners in the area. I enjoy spending time with my husband and our three kids, and I never miss a good concert.

Christina Raines

Association Manager

Ms. Raines is new to HOA management with VCM Inc and is excited about the new adventure as a Community Association Manager.

During her previous experience she has worked in the multi-Family industry across the Texas market for the past 27 years. She has worked for industry recognized management companies as well as individual owners. During her experience she was awarded with: Assistant Manager of the Year, Data Entry of the Year, Property Manager of the Year, Overall Improved Occupancy Award and Outstanding Social Media recognition. Christi is exceptionally focused on Best In Class performance and prides herself on coaching and mentoring her team towards those same standards. Christi started her multifamily career as a Leasing Consultant and has worked her way up through all levels of community management, enabling her to learn and grow in all areas of the business. Christi specializes in managing a diverse portfolio and has a proven track record in stabilizing communities and exceeding owner’s expectations. In addition, Christi has performed on site Accounting duties and developed new team training programs. Christi has been involved with Manager mentoring and training of new team members due to her expertise in policy and procedures, due diligence, auditing, special projects, software support and all facets of Property Operations. Christi holds an Accredited Residential Manager designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management. Christi was the Regional Manager of South Texas and offered wide-reaching support across the greater United States as the business grew and her experience was needed in other areas with Sherron Associates.

Cris Buckner

I am a born & raised Texan. Mother to 4 girls & a proud Air Force wife. I have spent the past thirteen years in some capacity of customer service, even in the medical field and the last 3 years as a 911/Police dispatcher. I am very excited to be assisting and working with homeowners in making their community beautiful as I too know how great of a feeling it is to be a proud homeowner.

In my spare time I like to ride motorcycles with my husband, attend my kids gymnastics meets, sing karaoke with friends, & have cookouts with family.

Katy Fick

Coming from 10+ years of customer service experience and 5 years of management. I’m very excited in working and assisting homeowners in making their community beautiful. I’m a born and raised Texan. I married my own hero, who is a Navy Corpsman Veteran. We have a blended family with 3 beautiful girls. In my spare time I enjoy going to rock concerts, painting, and baking.

Lindsay Dunn

Association Manager

Lindsay is a graduate from Tarleton State University and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. She is passionate about customer service and understands how important relationships are between homeowners, Committee Members and Board Members. Lindsay currently manages a portfolio of developing communities throughout Dallas and Fort Worth. She enjoys teaching homeowners the positive aspects of a Homeowner’s Associations to ensure they have a wonderful experience in their community. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, shopping with her Husband, and playing with their two fur babies; Brody and Lucy.

Traci Hess

Association Manager

I live in the North Fort Worth area & have 19 years of experience in the apartment management industry. I focus on curb appeal, being a strong leader, organization, communication, accounts receivable then making work less complicated and more fun! I married my best friend Ryan a year ago and we enjoy 80’s rock concerts & football. We have a blended family with 4 kiddos. I love to cook, paint old furniture, taking the camper to the lake and hanging out with my twin sister. I am looking forward to meeting my homeowners!
