As a Community Association Manager for VCM Inc., I strive to provide world class customer service every day and create a positive experience with every interaction. In my free time, I enjoy relaxing by the pool, attending concerts, and spending time with my family.”

Kelly McDonald

Community Association Manager

Kelly has over 20 years of experience in municipal government, where she has worked closely with residents and contractors. After retiring, Kelly was reminded that a servant’s heart never stops, which led her to VCM. Joining the VCM family allows Kelly to continue to serve a community but at a smaller capacity. Kelly looks forward to working closely with your community and helping ensure your vision comes to life!!

Aaron Tribble

Community Association Manager

Aaron was born and raised in Georgia. He has an exceptional amount of experience in project management, property management and HOA management. He enjoys helping people and ensures all homeowners and boards are happy and informed. In his spare time, he likes to go hunting and spend time with his two children. GO Bulldogs!

Maggie Raines

Community Association Manager

Maggie Raines was born in Texas and grew up abroad with multiple cultures and their traditions. She aspires to use her experience to facilitate community involvement and engagement in the diverse cultures in Texas. With 12 years’ experience in various office management positions, she is able to provide a wide variety of knowledge and excellent customer service. She became involved in Student Government and Phi Theta Kappa while attending college and after graduating she grew to appreciate the processes of governing documents and how they ensure the stability of their purpose. She is passionate about creating an environment that brings people closer together for the common goals of the community. Protecting community values by being proactive and assertive in recognizing the needs of the community she manages is what drives her. Maggie is currently a Portfolio Community Association Manager with VCM and enjoys being part of the VCM’s Green Team.
When Maggie is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching movies, camping, traveling and swimming. Her favorite place is sitting on a water front enjoying the view with her family.

Sadie Baisden

Assistant Community Association Manager

Sadie began working for VCM on our Client Services Team. During that time, she showed several skills and qualities that would make a great Association Manager. She is personable and makes every homeowner feel heard as well as important. In her spare time she enjoys spending quality time with her two children, family and close friends.

Jack Owen

Assistant Community Manager

Jack joined VCM in 2022 to assist our Management Department. Jack holds many responsibilities within VCM from customer service to data entry and admin work. Jack has experience with public speaking, customer service, data entry, and client satisfaction. Jack is very thankful to be in a position that allows him to learn such a broad spectrum of the HOA industry, and loves being a “go-to” for his team, executives, and homeowners.

As a Community Association Manager for VCM Inc., I strive to provide timely and accurate feedback to create a positive experience with every interaction. In my free time, I enjoy photography, traveling, and time with friends/family.

Kimberly Badal, CMCA®, AMS®

Assistant Regional Vice President of Management, Fort Worth

Prior to joining VCM, Kimberly was a Director of Management for a leading management company in FL where she formed strong relationships with her board members and committee members. She has over 6 years in the property management field. As an experienced manager, Kimberly appreciates the close connection she has with her community boards, committees, and homeowners.

Monday Makin

Community Association Manager

Monday has worked in the property management industry for 34 years, spending the last 12 years in Homeowners Association Management. Monday looks forward to bringing her knowledge to the VCM Team while servicing the communities as if they were her own.

Kim Musser, CMCA®, AMS®

General Manager of Wildflower Ranch

I have been in the industry for ten years, serving everything from Reception, Community Manager, Operations, and On-Site Management. I have earned and hold my CMCA® (Certified Manager of Community Associations), AMS® (Association Management Specialist) certifications as well as a published author in the industry’s trade publication. I enjoy learning and educating my colleagues and clients on the extensive information within property management. I have a Bachelor’s in Wildlife and Fisheries from Texas Tech and a passion for animals. If I ever win the lottery, I would like to open up an animal sanctuary and love them all. In my free time, I enjoy bird watching and traveling.

Abbie Shafer

Onsite Association Manager

Abbie is a graduate from the University of Texas in Arlington where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Economics & Finance. She has been in the customer service industry for over 10 years and is passionate about building trusting relationships with homeowners and board members. In her spare time, she enjoys going to concerts and shows, crafting and spending time with her daughter.
