Sharon came to VCM, Inc. with over 10 years’ experience in HOA Management; she started as a manager and was promoted to Director of Management within 4 years. She has led and trained a team of professionals who have excelled in the HOA field. She is knowledgeable with legislation and is successful in creating long term relationships with Boards and Vendors.
Prior to joining VCM, Kimberly was a Director of Management for a leading management company in FL where she formed strong relationships with her board members and committee members. She has over 6 years in the property management field. As an experienced manager, Kimberly appreciates the close connection she has with her community boards, committees, and homeowners.
Bryanna started her journey in Association Management in 2019 and has served in the industry as a Community Portfolio Manager, General Manager, Premier Property Specialist, and was promoted to Assistant Regional Vice President for the Dallas Region at the beginning of 2023. She is known for being detail-oriented and proactive in follow-ups and follow-throughs with the communities that she oversees. She has worked with Single Family Homes and Condos in both Homeowner and Developer Controlled. Bryanna uses her prior experiences of three years in data analytics, seven years in customer service, and Microsoft certifications to analyze and improve communications and deliverables for any association or employee in need. She believes that quality service is dependent on continuing education in the HOA industry and applying that knowledge to further communicate and educate her team, boards, and residents.
In Bryanna’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and drawing. She loves animals of all sizes and owns a Cat, Great Dane, and a Great Shepherd. When she gets the chance, she volunteers at local charities and continues to participate in national charity events every quarter.
Having been in the industry since early 2013 and with experience with condominiums, townhomes, single-family, and master planned communities, Christi has a wealth of knowledge in the HOA management field. She is extremely goal oriented and success driven. Some of her passions in Community Management include leading her teams to be successful through one on one, hands on trainings and leading by example, and building healthy client relationships through positive engagement, transparency and guidance. My goal is not only to bring neighbors together by cultivating a strong sense of community through engaging, diverse, and inclusive Lifestyle events but to enhance our delivery of this unique service by creating avenues for the Perception Department to learn, idea share, showcase their creativity, and to be a part of something bigger than themselves.
I was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. In my free time, I enjoy losing myself in a good book, cheering my daughter on as she competes in JROTC competitions, learning the ins and outs of Minecraft with my son, or spending quality time with my fiancé.
My name is Teri. I have 9 years of property management experience and over 2 years as a community association manager. I love working with VCM, Inc. I have managed/assisted all types of properties in the multi-family industry. I have strong administrative skills, and a deep knowledge of contracts and property accounting. I also exhibit excellent communication skills. One of my goals is to bring amazing customer service and respect to my boards and homeowners. Pastimes that I enjoy include painting and writing poetry. I also love spending time with my son and my loving supportive family.
Casey began as an Association Manager at VCM. She is now the Assistant Regional Vice President of Fort Worth. Casey works hard, has experience and knowledge of the industry and a passion for helping employees reach their full potential. Prior to HOA Management, she spent over 15 years working in Multifamily Property Management. In her free time, she likes to go to concerts and spend time with her three kids and husband.
Rachel comes to VCM with over 10 years Property Management experience. She enjoys working with her homeowners daily and assisting them in keeping their community a beautiful place to call home. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her two boys, Karston and Karter, watching her niece and nephew, or listening to live music with friends.
I am a Texas native and have over 5 years of accounts payable and customer service experience. I enjoy helping others and am always open to learning new things. In my free time I love hanging out with my family, being outdoors and watching horror movies.

Along with a wealth of knowledge in construction, fabrication, and production. He is a die-hard Chelsea FC supporter and spent most of his life in or around a soccer field.
